Delivery Terms

1. Upon receiving the goods, please open the packaging and inspect them as soon as possible. If any problems are found, please contact customer service immediately via phone, WhatsApp, or email so we can understand the situation and handle it.


2. All orders will be shipped in the order of purchase. After confirming receipt of payment, we will arrange shipment within approximately 3 business days.


3. If the purchased goods are delayed due to shipping delays, additional delays, or stock shortages, we will notify the customer as soon as possible. If the customer does not accept the delay, please notify us to arrange a refund.


4. Product colors may differ slightly from computer-generated colors; all colors are subject to the actual product.


5. If a return is required due to quality issues, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the goods and ensure the product and packaging are intact. We are not responsible for product damage caused by human factors.


6. Buyers must carefully read the product details and pricing before purchasing. Once an order is placed, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for reasons such as ordering the wrong item or not meeting expectations.


7. Some products will be marked as "(ordered)" and will take approximately 3 weeks or more to arrive after payment.


8. Before shipping all orders, we will contact the buyer by phone or instant messaging software to confirm the order.


9. Tromic Boutique reserves the right to make the final decision regarding the product descriptions and pricing on the website.
