Personal Data Registration Statement

1. General Matters

1.1 This statement provides policy information of Hanqi Technology Co., Ltd. (“the Company”) in accordance with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance (Chapter 486) (“the Ordinance”).

1.2 Unless otherwise specified, the terms used in this statement shall be interpreted as defined in the Ordinance.

2. Purpose of Collecting Personal Data

2.1 Any personal data you provide to the Company, or any personal data provided on your behalf, is provided voluntarily and constitutes your authorization for the Company to collect, retain, update, and use your personal data for the purposes described in Section 2.2 below.

2.2 The personal data you provide to the Company on your behalf, together with all other personal data related to you collected and retained by the Company, will be used for the following purposes:

(a) Arranging vehicle registration, insurance, installment payments, and/or leasing;

(b) Providing vehicle maintenance, repair, and other after-sales services;

(c) Conducting day-to-day operations, such as providing you with products, facilities, and services;

(d) Providing you with products, facilities, and services that may be added from time to time;

(e) Collecting outstanding payments from customers or assisting other companies in conducting credit investigations;

(f) Updating and verifying your identity and other information in accordance with applicable laws;

(g) (h) Providing authorized service agents to the aforementioned companies (including but not limited to the Company) for the purpose of providing maintenance, repair, and other after-sales services;

(i) Verifying information by comparing the personal data you provide with other data held by other members of the Da Chong Hong Group;

(j) Conducting financial audits;

(k) For any other lawful purpose related to any of the foregoing purposes; and

(l) Exercising any legal or other rights of the Company on your behalf. 2.3 If the Company deems the personal information provided to you insufficient, or is dissatisfied with the authenticity and accuracy of the personal information you have provided, the Company has the right to refuse or suspend processing your application or providing you with any services until the Company receives the required personal information.

2.4 For the purposes of Section 2.2, the Company's employees or persons employed by the Company have the right to access the personal information you provide.

3. Use of Personal Data

The Company will keep your personal data confidential, but may provide such data to the following parties (including parties within and outside the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (“Hong Kong”) for the purposes described in the “Collection of Personal Data” section above):

(a) Any agent, contractor, or third-party service provider that provides administrative, telecommunications, computer, or other services to the Company and its clients;

(b) Any agent authorized by the Company from time to time to process the personal data of its clients;

(c) Any business partner specially selected by the Company;

(d) Any other member of the Company, whether located within or outside Hong Kong;

(e) The Company’s auditors, consultants, or legal counsel, whether located within or outside Hong Kong;

(f) Any other person who has a confidentiality obligation to the Company; and

(g) Any actual or proposed assignee or assignee of the Company.

4. Confidentiality Obligations

4.1 The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the confidentiality of the personal information you provide and will store such personal information in a secure location. The Company will also take reasonable measures to ensure that persons who have access to such information are honest, trustworthy, prudent, and competent. 4.2 To comply with Hong Kong laws, the Company may disclose your personal information to government departments or other regulatory bodies.

5. Special Provisions Regarding the Company's Storage of Personal Data on the Internet

5.1 By accessing the Company's website (the "Website"), you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this Statement.

5.2 The Company will use reasonable efforts to ensure that any personal data stored by the Company on the Website from time to time is stored securely and properly.

5.3 The Company may use "small text files" on the Website to:

(a) enhance security measures;

(b) ensure you complete the application process;

(c) provide you with a personalized website experience; and

(d) provide you with a personal data profile for use on the Website.

5.4 You may disable "small text files" in your internet browser at any time.

6. Your Rights

6.1 If you object to the use of your personal data under Section 2, or to any terms or disclosure of your personal data, you may raise an objection.
