 - Delivery to SF Express stations or SF Smart Lockers (Please note!!! For SF Express delivery, the shipping fee is to be paid by the customer upon pickup.  - Local delivery fee to residential or commercial buildings is HK$50. Free local delivery for purchases over HK$500, with direct delivery by our company. Delivery hours are from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Payment can be made upon delivery or through other payment methods. (Deliveries to the New Territories are made on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; to Kowloon and Hong Kong Island on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays; limited to local residential or commercial buildings, excluding outlying islands.)

 - Free delivery for self-pickup at Fo Tan (Online payment is required in advance, and please notify the pickup date one day in advance after payment confirmation.)

As long as the goods do not affect our resale, a 7-day return and exchange guarantee is provided! (Each product is limited to one return or exchange.) For cash payments, a full refund will be issued upon return! If payment is made via Alipay, Payme, or FPS, a 2% handling fee will be deducted from the total order amount during the refund process. If payment is made by credit card, a 5% handling fee will be deducted from the total order amount during the refund process. If the shopping credit is returned to your account, a full refund will be issued with no time limit.

If the goods have quality issues, please take photos and send them to us. We will cover the return shipping cost. The buyer is requested to pay the shipping fee in advance, and we will refund it to you in the specified manner upon receiving the goods!
