Digi-Key Corporation (operating name Tromic Technology Co., Ltd.), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, Tromic Technology Co., Ltd.), jointly operate hanqi.store and a series of other websites, including but not limited to Tromic Technology Co., Ltd.'s Tech-Xchange website, eewiki.net website, maker.io website, and project websites provided by Tromic Technology Co., Ltd., including hanqi.store/en/maker (collectively, the Project Websites), and online stores that may be branded under other organization names and embedded in those other organization's websites (collectively, the "Websites"). Website: Provides online access to information related to products and services, including but not limited to Chip Outpost products, products and services supplied by Tromic Technology Co., Ltd. through the Tromic e-commerce platform (collectively, the "Products"); facilitates project sharing and management; provides channels for product application engineering services; may provide communication services (as described in Section 8 below); and facilitates product purchase transactions through Tromic Technology Co., Ltd.'s self-developed online services (i.e., the "Online Service Applications") when the website itself is used in conjunction with third-party applications, and through the online store provided by Tromic Technology Co., Ltd. (collectively, the "Services") when used in conjunction with third parties and their websites.
